Conference Registration

Please use the Registration Form in PDF format.

You can fill in the fields of the form within a suitable PDF-reader. Note that the form does some JavaScript-based calculation itself. However, beware that it does no refreshing of calculated fields without the calculated field being cleared manually.

If you do not want to use these features, you can print out an empty form and fill in the fields manually.

Mail or fax the filled-in form to the address of the conference secretariat stated on the bottom of the first page of the form.

Note that this year the conference banquet is included in the three day conference registration fee but not in the fee for individual day registration.

Hotel Registration

Rooms at the Parkhotel Schönbrunn can be reserved via http://www.austria-trend.at/paw/pawset_eng.htm (Reservation).

We have made sure that a certain number of rooms are available for AE 2002 attendants. These are so-called ``Business Rooms''. ``Deluxe Rooms'' are also available at the same price. In contrast to ``Business Rooms'' these rooms have antique furniture.

The hotel offers a special price reduction for attendants of Ada-Europe 2002 from June 15th to June 23rd. The prices are: EUR 95 for single rooms and EUR 132 for double rooms. You may safely ignore the higher prices on the web pages of the hotel. Please make sure that you enter ``AE02'' into the field just above the ``Make Reservation'' button on the page where you provide your contact information.
